You can cancel your subscription plan anytime. Once the subscription is canceled, you will not be charged again.
Our billing is handled by Stripe. In case you face any issues with the subscription charge, check your billing portal.
If you still have some concerns with your subscription charge even after checking your billing portal, contact a human agent for further investigation.
❌ Unsubscribing (canceling subscription plan)
To unsubscribe (cancel subscription plan):
In the left sidebar, next to your name, click on the button with three dots (...) and select the "Manage my subscription" button as shown in the screenshot below.
You'll see your current plan and its details in the pop-up window. At the bottom of the window, click the "Unsubscribe" button to cancel your subscription, as shown in the screenshot below.
