✍️ Updating payment details (billing information)
To update your payment details (billing information):
In the left sidebar, next to your name, click on the button with three dots (...) and select the "Manage my subscription" button as shown in the screenshot below.
On the opened page, scroll down to see the "Billing Information" section and click the "Update information" button as shown in the screenshot below.
Fill in the empty fields with your new billing information. Double-check if everything is correct and click the "Save" button as shown in the screenshot below.
➕ Adding a new payment method
To add a new payment method:
In the left sidebar, next to your name, click on the button with three dots (...) and select the "Manage my subscription" button as shown in the screenshot below.
On the opened page, scroll down to see the "Payment Method" section and click the "Add payment method" button as shown in the screenshot below.
On the new page, fill in the empty fields with your new payment method's information. Double-check if everything is correct and click the "Add" button as shown in the screenshot below.
🗑️ Removing an old payment method
To remove an old payment method:
In the left sidebar, next to your name, click on the button with three dots (...) and select the "Manage my subscription" button as shown in the screenshot below.
On the opened page, scroll down to see the "Payment Method" section, click on the button with three dots (...) and select the "Delete" button to remove an old payment method as shown in the screenshot below.
❗Note
If you have an active subscription, and you want to delete the payment method that the subscription is linked to, you will not be able to delete a payment method as shown in the screenshot below.
To remove the old payment method in such a case, you must add a new payment method first.
Once the new payment method is added, click on the button with three dots (...) next to a new payment method, and select the "Make default" button to make it default as shown in the screenshot below.
Now that a new payment method is chosen as a default one, you can freely click on the button with three dots (...) next to an old payment method and select the "Delete" button to remove it as shown in the screenshot below.
In an opened pop-up, confirm the removal of an old payment method by clicking on the "Delete payment method" button as shown in the screenshot below.
🔝 Making payment method default
If you have several payment methods added and you want to make one of them the main one (default one), follow the steps below:
In the left sidebar, next to your name, click on the button with three dots (...) and select the "Manage my subscription" button as shown in the screenshot below.
On the opened page, scroll down to see the "Payment Method" section. Choose the payment method you want to make default, click on the button with three dots (...) next to the chosen payment method, and select the "Make default" button to make it default as shown in the screenshot below.
